Payment Policy
We require 48 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment. For appointments where sedation is provided, we require 72-hour notice to reschedule. A broken appointment fee will be charged, or with sedation treatment, the fee for sedation will be forfeited.
CareCredit
We offer CareCredit financing for up to six months with no interest.
We also offer a 5% cash discount on co-payments over $1000 if paid in advance with cash or a debit card with a PIN.
Insurance
Dental Insurance Policy
We will estimate your co-payment, expect co-pay at time of service. We will bill your dental insurance and provide the necessary documentation and radiographs to do so.
