Payment Policy
CareCredit
We offer CareCredit financing up to six months no interest.
We also offer a cash discount 5% on co-payments over $1000, if paid in advance with cash or debit card with PIN.
We require 48 hours notice to reschedule an appointment. For appointments where sedation is provided, we require 72 hour notice to reschedule. A broken appointment fee will be charged, or with sedation treatment, the fee for sedation will be forfeited.

Insurance
Dental Insurance Policy
We will estimate your co-payment, expect co-pay at time of service. We will bill your dental insurance and provide the necessary documentation and radiographs to do so.
